I have had several dealings with this company and have always found them to be professional in both service and delivery. They constantly update you with any problems that may arise due to shortage of stock or even delivery delays, especially over the last 7 - 8 months during the coronavirus pandemic. An order shipped 3 weeks after purchase even though the products were not out of stock! The result was a birthday present that arrived after the due date... I called after-sales 3 times, only to be told each time that it would be shipped the next day... the next day from when? next week? What nonsense! No apology or commercial gesture on their part! The two-week delay in dispatching the model was surprising in itself. The model was never delivered anyway, it's still in an inaccessible Mondial Relay depot that refuses to drop it off at the chosen relay point! I had a relay point 50 meters from my home (rue Vaubecour), but it was impossible to select it. The relay point on rue Tupin doesn't seem suitable to receive your products! What
