Great company to purchase from. Very reasonably priced and quick to ship from France. I had an issue with one of the items I ordered, not 1001Modelkits fault, that was faulty. I dropped them an email and they dropped a new one in the post the same day. Can not fault the customer service. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be ordering from them again.

I have placed several orders and it takes a very long time to receive them. The description of the item is sometimes incorrect, as is the time taken to receive it. The quality/price ratio is not always respected: lack of finish and detail on some items that I bought for a rather high price. On the other hand, there's a vast choice of models, which are becoming increasingly difficult to find in our stores.
