Well, the truth at the product level I still do not know if it is good or bad since I made the purchase on December 2nd and on the 24th I am still waiting for it.

Really disappointed ordered on 14th December told delivery date was 23rd but still not arrived. We will have one disappointed child in the morning:(

But if you don't get a better handle on your supply chain for certain products, you're going to have to do something about it. Almost 1 month for delivery is a long time. Understand that other, more reliable and faster circuits exist, even if they are a little more expensive. If you can't keep up, you might as well stop offering these products, as the inevitably negative feedback will damage your image. What's the point? Very cordial
