Hello dear 1001 modellbau team, I visited your website because I would like to buy various model ships. your selection is large but the structure of your pages is a disaster for model builders who are looking specifically. Neither a classification of the different categories nor a possibility to click on a scale are available.Especially scale information is one of the most important criteria for model builders.After ten pages where the models were shown wildly mixed up I gave up the search frustrated and had no interest to call up the remaining fifty pages.Something like that is annoying and time-consuming.This should only be an incentive how to do it better.Wish the 1001 Modellbau team continued success and a nice day. Product shows as in stock I place an order pay a pound or two more than the site shows (I put that down to sloppy exchange rate conversions) then 19 days later with several emails telling me they are waiting for stock I get an email saying that it is in stock but they will dispatch it as soon as it's in stock. The emails say not to reply to the email but to use the site which then gives the exact same email address or use their chat which coincidently says it's not available a couple of minutes after I sent a complaint

I ordered a model that said they had two available and it turned out not to be in stock. After ten days I am requesting a return. We will see if that happens. I believe they fool you into believing they have product in stock.

Package well received. Delivery took 11 days, however, and one of the items ordered was replaced with an equivalent item from another brand without my knowledge.
