Unhelpful response I'm into week 2 of chasing this company for a refund for items which have been lost in shipping. The items are Christmas presents which I need to have in 2 days time to give to people. Very unhelpful service - just tell me I have to wait for the investigation with Hermes which 10 days in has produced a zero result. I would NOT recommend ordering from them.

Reference site, although some brands are missing. Good telephone contacts, very didactic and efficient. Advisors give important information on how accounts and telesales work. Fifteen days to have two models in stock plus 4 to 6 days for delivery. As a result, my son may not get a Christmas present. I should have gone to a real retailer.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!! I purchased an item from them on 1011 that was marked ""shipping in 12-14 business days"". After 3 weeks I contact them via chat and it is explained to me that they had problems with their supplier. The same excuse was repeated every time I tried to contact them again to find out where my order stood. Icing on the cake since a few days they have not even responded to emails anymore.

Everything is perfect and arrived on time.
In one of the boxes there has certainly been a mix up the riders are moulded in blue plastic and the horses in light brown the result is that the riders do not fit well on the horses and one horse is bent.

Next, I specifically requested and paid for expedited shipping, but item was shipped economy (2 weeks delivery time and no tracking). As a result, it is unlikely my item will not arrive in time to be a Christmas gift as intended (more than a month after ordering). Customer service offered to refund the difference between economy and expedited shipping, but this won't help the package get here in time. BEWARE of poor quality and slow customer service.

Wat trage communicatie maar toch opgelost uiteindelijk Ik plaats een bestelling waarbij alle items in stock zijn en klaar om direct te leveren volgens de informatie op hun site. Ik betaal 8 euro voor verzending en mijn bestelling is na een week zelfs nog niet verzonden. Live chat voor hulp is niet beschikbaar zelfs wanneer ze zogezegd wel bereikbaar zijn (ma-za, 10-18u) en ik krijg ook geen antwoord op meerdere mails. Hopelijk doen ze hier snel iets aan. EDIT: Na toch even wachten toch kunnen oplossen met de klantendienst. Nu staat het product inderdaad aangegeven als '4-6 dagen wachttijd'. Op het moment van mijn bestelling was dit echter niet zo en was het in stock.
