What's more, it took Mondial Relay 3 or 4 days to take the parcel into account (whose fault is that??). And so the order has to be cancelled How many days have been lost since the order was placed on the 1st?

More than 15 days to be delivered whereas it announces 2 to 5 days with my order the product was available and according to them it was out of stock no information during this time.

Disappointed.product that on the site is in stock and finally is not.I ordered parts in Hong Kong the same day and they arrived 10 days.

Bad experience with shipment bad experience with shipment ordered two model kits, slowest shipment (eco) selected, which is ok. but the shipment went wrong, package got lost and sender cannot help to find. then i asked 1001 and they said i need to wait until the deadline of this eco shipment. this is not the way i appreciated from the seller where i bought something and the package went lost.
