The quality of the crane is not up to par, twisted parts, scale of certain random parts and for your information, delivery by Chronopost 40 kilometers from my home round trip

The received article is not the one ordered and it is broken because it is not new, the figurines were no longer attached with the metal wire that prevents movement

This was my first order with 1001hobbies and to be honest, some not-so-good reviews almost held me back. But I was proven wrong! A very nice customer service that apologized for a short wait (due to the supplier). Then an email that the item was shipped and everything was clear and straightforward with the tracking number from DPD. After three days, the package from France arrived at my place. The ordered item, as expected, top-notch! My conclusion, this was my first order with 1001hobbies but certainly not the last! I can only recommend the site and the shipping!!!

After 3 weeks of waiting, they told me it was one week! I contacted customer service again to inform me that the payment was not valid even though my bank had debited the amount of the invoice. No one contacted me to inform me of the problem if I hadn't called. I had to send proof from my bank as a precaution that it had been paid. Finally, 2 months later, I received my purchase. Thank you, but no thank you. In return, neither gifts nor apologies. Good bye.

I received incomplete products and have been waiting for three months. They said they sent two products, but only one. I have already informed them, but there has been no response.
