The delivery times given for products on order are wrong and therefore much longer!... Delivery problem: 20 days after order and payment! Item returned to 1001 maquette without having passed through my home. No commercial action to solve the problem as soon as possible: 1001 maquette kindly waits for the article to come back to them before sending it back to me via another delivery source. The order arrived in good time. The Humbrol HU76 paint can was probably a bit old as a 5mm crust of dry paint covered the paint on the can. A pity, but it only concerns this brand.

The site is very good, although not all the latest products are present (like the GT75 blades).the engraving tools are very useful to me, like the GT65 blades I found on the site. Top products like TAMIYA (the TAMIYA circle jig is very good) are a bit expensive though. Of course there's AMAZON, but they don't do PAYPAL. So I'm sticking to the sites I know

My disastrous experience began on July 3, 2019 almost a month ago from this review. I placed a 70€ order with the free shipping offered for purchases over xx € on the website. After having exceeded the deadline that was given in the tracking of the order I contacted them and they told me that if after three weeks I had not received it I should contact them again. According to what they told me on the web they warned me that this could be the maximum shipping time (I didn't see any warning at the time but I don't rule out that this is the case). After three weeks I contacted them again and they said they would investigate the problem. That was the last I heard from them. I have been trying for 5 days to get an explanation from them but they do not answer my emails. I guess now I will have to file a complaint with the consumer office. I strongly advise against buying from this store. UPDATE 190819: after acknowledging to me last August 7 that the carrier pediel I ask them to refund the amount paid. They answer me that until the carrier does not return the package they can not return the money (I do not know how they are going to return it if it is lost). A month and a half after the order I still haven't seen the package or my money. UPDATE 070919: and it's been more than two months and I still haven't heard anything. I have already filed a complaint with the European consumer office.
