Not recommended if I don't call to claim the order they don't send it and after the error they don't change the shipment to express service to receive it on time they send it with the slowest service there is and they don't have follow up. Lousy service

Excellent product is just as described on the web. I do not put 5 stars because it takes a little too long and the shipping status information is not very reliable although that is not the fault of the store but of the shipping company.

The delivery was fast and the products correctly packaged. On the other hand, I am rather (very) unhappy that despite several requests where I clearly specified for reasons of availability that I did not want the order to be sent immediately after receipt of my payment, it was sent without any delay! The risk was that I wouldn't be back from my trip in time to collect the parcel from the relay point. NB: Concerning the 3 products - all as described - one of them is incomplete with a part missing (FT-17 tank).
