The Company communicates in incorrect Italian. The expected delivery date was exceeded. Without my request I was notified immediately that the order was completed. From subsequent emails the order was actually completed more than a week later and subsequent to my reminder. This does not engender a climate of trust. The online tracking on the site is not useful as it has only a few possible statuses and does not clarify the status of the order. I did not give three stars because in the end the product arrived to me and is what I ordered. But the information to the Customer is severely lacking.

My dissatisfaction concerns a pair of pliers with black handles sent with the kit (6 paints, 3 brushes, glue and pliers). I find it difficult to supply a lower-end pair of pliers.
