average product received after almost 1.5 months of waiting. apparently it is indicated but as a new customer I saw nothing so there should be greater transparency and visibility on the extremely long delays. as a result, missed the birthday. gift arrived too late. moreover, the item is not very sturdy so I am doubly disappointed.

I ordered an item that was supposed to be in stock quickly, but only after payment did it turn out to be a pre-order that was postponed multiple times – without me being informed about it. The customer service responded slowly and evasively, even when I asked for an alternative that was actually in stock. After a lot of back and forth, my order was adjusted, but I received no clarity about the remaining amount that was not refunded. In the end, I only received my order weeks later, after much frustration and without any form of service.
