Very bad experience... I placed an order on December 9 was supposed to be a Christmas gift unfortunately I am still waiting to receive my package.... Customer service did not help me at all....

A little disappointed after ordering the 12122018 I received the order yesterday at 13 hours I do not tell you the stress and fortunately I intervened several times if-no nothing under the tree. Ex: to save 48heures the shipment was made by colissimo instead of the carrier. You'll understand my disappointment.

Nefarious service I placed an order on November 25 and being December 24 I have not received anything. They do not give me any clear answer only that they do not have the tracking number of their carrier. I have sent 5 mails asking for my money back and they are giving me a long time... no solution? none... #e
