Hello.i'm not happy with your service.i sent you back a new airplane received damaged. You did nothing except to send it back to me with a letter saying that you had called the distributor and that it was a manipulation to be done on the transmitter. I called kyosho myself, who confirmed that they had never distributed this kit in BNF (without radio and batteries).I called your secretary a fortnight ago, who has done nothing since. What's more, the first time I sent the kit back, I was obliged to pay 11euro40 for the colissimo because your secretary confirmed that she had omitted to send me the return barcode. I only had the sav code.
