Okay Was able to receive a product I wanted yet there was no tracking to US and it took considerably longer than expected (34 days). Unfortunately these were gifts and one had been previously opened and taped shut and both packages were crushed although the external packaging showed no damage.

Shocking customer service Awful phone system. Extremely slow delivery, 2-3 weeks when already dispatched. Nothing was stated on website at time of purchase. Awful email received. Very upsetting to be called a liar and slating my behaviour for leaving an honest review....

Just one detail: I bought the model and the paint but I forgot the glue.... If they had offered it to me I would have bought it and the service would have been perfect.

I sent an item worth 21509 plus shipping costs back to the DHL proof of posting and to the return address I was given. Sent back on 27.05.2019. Today is July 21 and I have not received my money back. Never again. Corrupt actions abroad poor communication at the expense of the customer!!! Over 200 euros is a lot of money I have to work for!

Excellent I have placed several orders with 1001 Hobbies and everything has always been perfect. The information between the time of the order and its delivery is relevant. The packaging is always perfect. Given the shortage of model stores, buying by mail order from someone who knows his stuff is reassuring.

A small problem with the packaging of the brushes. The brushes were placed in the parcel individually and one of them slipped out of the bottom of the unsealed box.
