Order placed on June 9th a month ago, they have sent me two messages saying that one of the products had to arrive from their supplier, so far nothing at all. I sent a message through their website asking them to cancel the missing product and send the one they did have.....pues nothing from

The whole purchase itself has been correct but 10€ shipping costs for a time of between 7-10 working days seems excessive both financially and in waiting times. If the shipping is free I think those times are acceptable but since you pay 10 € should be given a better service.

As much as I had nothing to say about my first order, for my second order I received a faulty product that I reported over a week ago... and still no response from the after-sales service. Update from 18072019 : I'm lowering the rating by one star because I followed their instructions given in response to this message and 10 days later... still nothing. Update from 03082019: More than 5 weeks after my complaint I no longer expect anything from you. Maybe I'll go back to the competition for my next orders.
