Announcement of delivery within 24-48 hours (""if ordered before such and such a time"").... delivery after a month... (because an item was not available... So why not already send what's available????). The worst thing is that the unavailable item was not in the parcel we received, and we don't even have any tracking info for it.

I awarded 5 stars for the efficiency of the after sales service. I had some delivery problems due to the carrier but thanks to their concern I got it resolved quickly.

The product catalog is very extensive, very varied and complete is great. What I do think is that they should improve a little the part of the shipping including tracking the package regardless of the transport option that has been chosen.

Hello, I placed my first two orders. One arrived and the other was paid for but a message was sent to me AFTERwards telling me that there was no stock and that the supplier had to send you some ..... I have no idea how long it will take now ............C
