Was able to receive a product I wanted yet there was no tracking to US and it took considerably longer than expected (34 days). Unfortunately these were gifts and one had been previously opened and taped shut and both packages were crushed although the external packaging showed no damage.

Awful phone system. Extremely slow delivery 2-3 weeks when already dispatched. Nothing was stated on website at time of purchase. Awful email received. Very upsetting to be called a liar and slating my behaviour for leaving an honest review....
