Delivery times abit slow but otherwise excellent

If there were minus stars, this would be the case here. First of all, the site is misleading and totally overpriced. Order placed on 3.5. only arrived on the 15th. Paid with Sofortüberweisung of course. Since I needed the model relatively quickly, I ordered it several days later at a much lower price elsewhere (ordered on the 1st day, arrived the next). I then wrote an email to the German email address and received a reply from a French address. On 15.5 I refused to accept the parcel. Strangely enough, the return has apparently not yet arrived at Modellbau as of 8.6. Constant emails about refunds which are not made as the kit has NOT been returned??? Packages from China Thailand USA were faster.....hmmmm Probably I will not get my money as it looks very unfortunate. FINGER WEG I have never written a review but from 1001 Modellbau I can only ADVISE everyone!!!!!!

Good day Good day, to be honest, I am not very happy with the delivery, firstly they could not send for a very long time, secondly when they sent it was written your order would arrive in 4-5 days but in fact the order went 9 days and I thought the order would arrive at the post office I wanted to deliver the courier to the index that I ordered, I didn’t have to wait for him at home, so when I was called back I said to redirect the package to the post office with my previously specified index, and third, because of poor packaging, the model arrived broken locator, I stuck himself on super glue.

The grade is low for the absurdity of the site really nerve-wracking in the search for models accessories and paints. Non sense in Italian translation and search engine really unsuitable for an e-commerce store. The malfunction of the site is for me a reason not to buy from 1001models.

No news about my order. It was still being prepared. I had to call and everything was sorted out in a few days. Disappointed because they were gifts and didn't arrive on time. Not satisfied with order tracking either.

I recently ordered decals from here… I recently ordered decals from here but, unfortunately, by my own mistake, I ordered the wrong ones. Fortunately I'll be able to pass them on to someone rather than return them. I reordered the correct decals &,after explaining that I need the decals ASAP, they responded to my email almost immediately. Great service &, judging by the decals I received, excellent quality. I would recommend.
