Arrived damaged I have glued on the broken head of the figure and have already painted the two figures and installed them in a model. No further reaction is therefore necessary.

After cancelling my order (179392) because of the delays they told me the amount to be refunded and I accepted. That was the 24052018. Today 19082018 I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MONEY BACK. I sent an email on 11072018 which has not been answered. I am very disappointed

If I could give a 2.5 I would. Ordered a vacuum form canopy and received it in a 'cushioned envelope.' As you would imagine it was damaged at some point in transit. 1001 was quick enough to dispatch another without cost to replace it. But it arrived in a cushioned envelope - damaged... If you read this 1001 use boxes even little ones to protect the product. They were quick enough with the full refund however so 'acceptable' service in that I got my money back without hassle. Thank you.

Wide selection in stock and speed of delivery. It is confusing the appeal of the offer ""for orders over 50 € free shipping "". Indeed it has been free but sent by regular mail whose cost is minimal although it is also true that I have arrived earlier than expected.

Nothing to say except that the service is perfect. The parcel was received on time, correctly packaged and sent by a serious carrier.

Despite the relatively long delivery time of approx. 3 weeks, everything was problem-free from the order with the outstandingly large range to the perfect packaging and complete delivery. So all in all, full marks. I had already ordered from other online retailers and due to my order from different model making companies such as ACE RODEN REVELL and ACADEMY the delivery times were sometimes a little longer.
