Been told it will hopefully be back in stock by February 25 and if it's in stock it still need to ship to Texas I had to complain in few emails and finally got one of two I ordered shipped the second is still on backorder. I received first part of order on March 9th.

On 25.01.2019 I ordered the item no. HELL52904 (invoice no. DE146167 order no. 156103). Unfortunately I had to realize that 3 colors were not included (No. 11166 and 209). I complained about this defect by email on 11.02.2019 and have not heard from you to date. You had replied to me that you would take care of this matter immediately. When will I receive my missing colors?

Nefasta experiencia. I placed the order on December 12 and I am still waiting for the refund (two months !!!!!) very good words by email and phone but nothing nothing or product or money. My second step will be to file a complaint for this.

They say you rarely get a second chance to make a good impression. For a first order I'm disappointed. This site is a waste of time. An item is indicated as being in stock and after several days you are told that it is unavailable. Refund made one week after the order date. No commercial gesture. I'll never go there again. I would not recommend

Before buying I sent an email to know if the product (noted in stock shipped in 24h) would be delivered before 8 days. The answer was positive if you order today which I did and paid for express delivery. When nothing arrived and the site was not being prepared, I called 36 hours before the event for which we needed the gift. I was told (very kindly) that I had ordered a model that was not available! After looking for acceptable alternatives, I ended up taking a model that cost €450 more! and I was assured that it could go immediately and that I'd have it in time. This was not the case and I arrived for the retirement of our colleague with a photo... It was extremely embarrassing, especially for the people who had contributed to the gift. I

Excellent product for adults children difficulty in complete setup. Delicacy of carts. Can't withstand heavy landing from 50 cm broken trolleys. Cannot contact Fabrica for replacement parts. Need to know how to fly very well and experience.
