My 11-year-old grandson is a model airplane enthusiast. He had no trouble assembling it, following the very clear explanations.

After 21 days still not received my package. After contacting customer service by e-mail to hear from them, I got a fairly quick response, which is good, but I don't give a damn about your order"" grandiose. The only thing they know how to tell us is ""you can't go faster than the music, you have to wait"". It's really great, bravo to you, very professional. I've been ordering online for a long time and I've never seen anything like this... Incredible.

Super model, correct delivery time. However, the model's packaging came unstuck in one place and the brush didn't fit (not great for a gift, but not too bad either) and it's full of dust. For a site that sells relatively expensive models, it's a bit of a shame. But everything arrived on time and the material itself wasn't damaged. A little extra for the post
