Order placed on Tuesday and expected to be delivered on Thursday. Delay reported immediately. Half of order received 10 days later. Other half cancelled and PROMISE of refund (pending). Blatant lack of professionalism. Take a leaf out of AMAZON's book (for the better). I will not order again. I hope to be reimbursed for half my order soon. A site to forget.

Hello, delivery as ordered except ... The delay. Expected to be in stock and shipped within 1 week. Result: more than 3 weeks to be delivered. I did not want to cancel but the Corsair was finished with other decals and varnish super dry upon receipt! Please manage your delivery times better. Sincerely

Great! Some parts are quite fragile and can't be twisted ad infinitum: you have to get the hang of it pretty quickly. Also, the coloured coatings flake off easily if you make a wrong move, which adds a little challenge. Very fun to make and easy-to-follow instructions!

The delivery was delayed much more than other orders I placed at that time. When it arrived they had sent me the wrong item, the Airfix AO2318V 1/76 instead of the one I had ordered (Airfix 1602318 1/72). I have indicated it and I have no answer.

1001 has nothing to do with it, but I'm unhappy with the product: for 300 euros, it doesn't come with metal barrels or mats, even though they appear in the assembly photos.

On the item I bought unbeatable prices, top delivery, thank you 1001 hobbies.
