First order. Correct delivery in good condition but not the fastest: 10 working days but modelling is not a matter of urgency either. The negative point would be the price. When comparing, I noticed that some products are more expensive (e.g. new Stuart 135 Tamiya tank 49.49€ available for 40€ with delivery in 48h max) But considering the choice of 1001 Maquettes, I'll come back to them in the future.

I have been ripped off and robbed. I made the return of the products purchased (It was for a gift and I made a mistake in the scale of products) and almost two months later I have not received any refund or voucher for the amount spent or anything like that. I have been trying for two weeks to contact them by phone and email and there is no way they will answer my calls or emails. I have neither the products nor the money.
