I'd like to give 0 stars but i dont... i'd like to give 0 stars but i dont have the chance. The parcel was according to 1001 Hobbies delivered in my mailbox which is actually not possible due to the size of product!!!! After communication i am now considered a""cheater"" and refund is refused. it just about 25 euros and now what they offer is just 10 euro voucher. As a plastic model fans i could be a regular customer but now.... i will just contact a lawyer to get my money back and say goodbye. As answered below i was now a cheater who pretends to be not having received the parcel. Ridiculous.
