Nefarious service I placed an order on November 25 and being December 24 I have not received anything. They do not give me any clear answer only that they do not have the tracking number of their carrier. I have sent 5 mails asking for my money back and they are giving me a long time... no solution? none... #e

This was my first order on this site. The order was placed well in advance of Christmas (1 month before) and the delivery time on the site was 5 to 7 days for the boats chosen. They finally arrived, but I had to call twice (one boat didn't arrive, the other didn't conform, so I had to change refs) to get them in time just before Christmas. What would have happened if I hadn't phoned? I don't know what would have happened. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the people who helped me with my calls. They were very professional and really great. But at the time I put 3 stars and not 4. I hope it will get better in case
