Fast delivery model compliant ?

My order was missing an item. I intervened by wire to claim this article. I am now waiting for it to be delivered free of charge of course.

Products conformed and delivery time respected, but the items were stacked one on top of the other without any protection in a cardboard-type pouch. Some of the products were made of glass, which could have been shattered if delivered in a glass container.

Fast and correct delivery

Month and a half and still have not received the order. You contact customer service and they ignore it and pass the buck to the shipping company. I have been using it for a long time and I am very happy with it.

Ordering 129009 made on 24032018 and here we are still waiting! I don't know what happened but after one month I wish to ask for return! And who knows how long you have to wait for the return as well?

The products arrived quickly and were... The products arrived quickly and were in good condtion, however the products arrived in a battered jiffy envelope. I wouldn't mind this if the shipping was free, however it was an extra £5.99 on top of the order cost. For that sort of money, you would expect a bit more protection. At least the products arrived in one piece.
