I liked the seriousness, the follow up of my order and the interest in getting me the requested spare parts. My experience with the different orders I have placed with 1001 maquetas has been very positive and I can fully recommend them.

Very good management and communication in order processing. Fast and efficient in the shipment of items. Satisfied because they have a wide range of products in their catalog.

The order arrived quite late but I think it was due to the shipping agency. For its part 1001 maquetas has responded to all my emails and has offered me alternatives.

I placed an order on the site at the beginning of December and my order has still not been dispatched. I don't mind hearing that you've had supplier problems, but 2 days before Christmas I find this a serious lack of professionalism.

Very good service but wasn't happy about the additional charge for using pay pal. Delivery took slightly longer than expected but that's more to do with postal services. Kit was well packed and packaging was very strong and sturdy. Would definitely use 1001 model kits again especially for hard to find European model kits. Have already recommended them to friends.
