Fatal the package came incomplete and we returned it. It is sent to France and through a form that is only in English or French when on the page to buy everything is in Spanish suspicious. The package arrived and they did not accept it. It stayed a lot of days in the French post office. They did not answer the mails and when they did they gave me excuses. Thank goodness we paid with PayPal who reimbursed us the cost of the return (15€) and we opened a dispute and we were able to recover all the money but it was terrible. They didn't know what to do.

Ordered on February 9, 2019 and March 1 still got nothing Call you a NL number from Amsterdam they connect you to France where sir is not understandable and brutal Now just hope we get 65 euros back

At the time of purchase the delivery date was different from the date I received the product. It took 1 week longer than expected according to what it said on the day I placed the order.

I had ordered the 1st Spanish electric submarine, Péra, and I received ... a model of an English steam submarine... Admittedly, I could have returned it to you because the order did not correspond to the product received, although the correct references were on the invoice. But being ill and not having all my mobility I didn't have the courage to queue up at the Post Office to return it to you. In fact, for want of anything better to do, I assembled it: it took me 1 hour and that was it. So it was a very disappointing experience.
