Paintings ordered in mid-April and announced in stock but actually not available, finally received in mid-July... In the meantime, guarantee received in May for a delivery within 10 days... Not the slightest explanation from the company? On the other hand, the phone contact has always been friendly.

The delay was long, almost 3 weeks, but your teams are reacting; perhaps a warning threshold should be established when your stocks are dangerously low to avoid this waiting and inform customers more quickly.

Good products that will go wonderfully with my BR52 of the same brand to create a diorama. Delivered on time. Only downside: the package was crushed with a huge hole in it. One of the boxes inside was also damaged but fortunately no broken parts.

Delivery took way too long. A month and a half. And not at the scheduled place. Do not renew.

Communication is poor to bad. Book ordered. Had to inquire where it was. Answer: reprint. Then nothing again. Again sent an email asking if it had arrived. Then only a message that it was being connected. Not customer-friendly.

Small inconvenience; the decal sheet I received was folded in half when it could have been flat in an appropriately sized envelope. It is still usable.
