Impossible! Item ordered never arrived then I had to argue with various staff and was ignored by supporters both by email and in a chat with them when told I wanted my money back! I recommend everyone not to buy here. At least I won't be ordering here again

Delivery took quite a long time and substitute items were sent for several paints that were ordered without consultation.

Accuracy in service and excellent tracking. Despite adverse weather conditions the delivery was on the scheduled date and the package virtually intact. I would recommend 1001 models to anyone!

The order and delivery went smoothly. However, the two Hobbymasters (F-35 and F-16) had no assembly instructions in the boxes. Prices for some models can be much higher than elsewhere. The on-site store in Paris is just an office (nothing to sell there). That said, the on-site staff is young.
