The prices are very expensive and the shipping costs also expensive. I cannot be told to pay almost 15€ to ship a single item is as an answer I am told that it is the cost of the courier and if instead you spend almost 40€ the courier charges themselves are reduced almost by half. Inconsistency at its best

Goods received very quickly everything ok

Processing time from online order to dispatch is quite long at 6 days. Then there was another very long delivery time. I ordered online on 5.4. the shipment was sent on 11.4. and I received it on 19.4. That's definitely too long for me.

Voor de eerste maal een bestelling gedaan op 04/04/2018 . Na een 8 dagen mailtje verzonden met de vraag waar mijn bestelling was. Bestelling was niet voorradig was het antwoord???? waarom dit dan aanbieden ???? Op 13/04/2018 naar mondialrelay . Zonder verwittiging beslissen ze totaal zelf om leveringsadres te wijzigen. We zijn nu 19/04/2018 eindelijk bevestiging van levering??? Totaal onaanvaardbaar. Nooit nog iets bestellen. 0/10

Everything was in accordance with my orders

A small problem with the order which was not in totality but quickly solved.

On the whole, everything is good except for one drawback, which is the delivery time. My parcel was picked up on Thursday but only arrived at the relay point on Wednesday afternoon.

Ordered large number of paints as price... Ordered large number of paints as price was competitive. Shipping was a bit slow and no tracking details were sent so I could not check delivery status. Paints arrived as ordered if a little late, no issue with paint quality so far and order fully filled. Would be happy to use again but only where I see price advantage.

I then had an on-line chat which was very good, but didn't solve the issue. His suggestion was to create an account and try again. I did this, successfully. I was then pestered with text messages about my original unvalidated order as there was no correlation between the guest order and account holder order. I was also informed I would receive a tracking number, but this also never happened. The kits arrived after 1 week.

After I placed my order, I made a mistake. I had ordered glue and 3 jars of paint mix, but I received 2 jars in the first package. Following this, I replied to the satisfaction documentation, stating my problem and pressing the""I would like to contact the team; obviously it didn't work the first time. I had to contact them again to get the jar back. There seemed to be a problem with the parcel as the team did scan the 3 jars but 2 jars arrived. Otherwise a good site with plenty of choice and very fast delivery.
