Dubious! Shipping took far too long. I didn't like the item and it says on the website that you have a 30-day right of return. Yes, you do. You have to pay the return costs to France yourself and then there is only a credit note that you can redeem in the store. It's not clear anywhere that you can't get the money back. I only wanted the one item and will never be able to redeem this voucher. Nothing but expenses. Support took 8 days to reply to an email. That is unacceptable. I wonder if they will comment again: ""I don't understand...."" Sorry I also don't understand how you can run an online business in such a way.

No problems with ordering or delivery. On the other hand, the presentation of the products on the site is very average (succinct or absent description). In addition, the combination of filters (brand scale, etc.) sometimes gives curious results.

The only downside is the high cost of postage for small volumes.
