Terrible company overpriced charged surcharge for paying by paypal. As far as I can see they never dispatched the goods could not provide a tracking number and apparently couldn't refund me. I had to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back. So glad I paid the surcharge.

Good choice of interesting products very good order handling. A couple of notes about the delivery: the cardboard box arrived broken (although nothing was missing) and the courier after buzzing didn't wait for me to come down but left the package in the yard.

For paint orders, it would be simpler to classify the refs. chronologically from 1 to 100xxxx, which would make them easier to find in relation to the model assembly instructions.

Very little seriousness and no professionalism at all! After placing the order and paying for it I have never received it! It turns out that by internal error they have not found out about the PayPal payment that I have made 14 days before my claim and they did not follow up the order to find out why they have not received the money. It turns out that when I asked for the order (with the reference number given by them) they treated me as if I was trying to cheat them. At the end of a very unproductive online chat I opted for the REFUND option because I will not deal with this company in the near future...or the distant future!

Order placed on Monday afternoon and received on Friday with collisimo 48h so acceptable. Model as described, perfect for a first model.

Well, the package has not arrived yet... so I can not assess more than the delivery time. On the website they give you some deadlines that they miss. Order placed on the 7th of this month and still waiting for it to arrive. Of course if someone needs it for a specific date I recommend that you buy it on Amazon for example because here you have no idea when or how it will arrive... Update: I was invited to wait until the end of the month to write off the order as lost and request a refund. I requested it on November 2nd and on the 20th I still haven't received the money... a real disaster. I really do not go back to comp

Delivery problem not caused by 1001 maquettes but by Mondial Relay. Following my call, 1001 maquettes immediately sent me a colissimo at no extra cost, which I received very quickly, so I'm satisfied with the handling of my delivery problem.
