Change of address not taken into account on the site. My parcel was therefore lost and returned to sender, despite my numerous emails and calls to the Colissimo service to change my address. After a week on the phone with a 1001 maquettes advisor who assured me that he would send me an order right away, I've been waiting 15 DAYS for my parcel! This is unacceptable! Parts set for the Titanic model 1:400 too inaccurate and overpriced! No response to any changes or price reduction or exchange. I cannot recommend this to anyone. I'm really annoyed and just feel wasted!

I have mixed feelings about my experience. My two the witcher figurines did indeed arrive. However, the care taken with the package was minimal, with only the two boxes of figurines bound together with black film. Fortunately, there was no damage except for a slight dent on one of the boxes. What's more, we receive far too many e-mails, no doubt to give the illusion that your order will reach you in record time. However, 1001 maquettes sells us a dream when it displays in stock on a product. This product will in fact be in stock when they buy it from another site.
