Ordered on Dec 14th for guaranteed delivery before Christmas 1st phone call promises delivery before the 24th 2nd call they don't know where my parcel is 3rd call I won't get it in time because it's Christmas! GAG? What involvement! And what a sales culture! It's December 27 and I still haven't received my parcel.
