I sent off for the Douglas Bader spitfire model it arrived today in a plain brown box which was in perfect condition ""But"" when I opened it to reveal the kit box I was not please one bit the kit box was battered infact if I had gone to a local model shop and it was the last kit in stock I would not have brought it in that condition. I will certainly not be purchasing anything from this seller again .

Everything correct and fast shipping

Excellent customer service and delivery (on time). On the other hand, the product (dolphin helicopter) had obviously already been opened because it was damaged (landing gear detached). The item was sold out but there was no mention of any discount.

4 items ordered on 1508 announced in stock and finally dispatched on 0309 for receipt on 0509... Like many others, I've noticed that the packaging leaves something to be desired (simply filmed) and that one of the 4 boxes ordered is open (open seals, parts outside the bags = missing parts?). If you want to offer something as a gift, be sure to order in advance (in my case, I missed my nephew's birthday and had to buy something else as a back-up). Customer support answers the phone well, yes. But it's a problem with our logistician"". As for the return order form inside, nothing to do with what I ordered. The return is going to be complicated. In short, for me it's a failure, and frankly a shame.

Hello I would like to give my opinion but my parcel ordered on 78 has still not arrived. 3 delivery point changes with Mondial Relay. Normally I'd pick it up today: it's 1:45 pm and still not delivered.

I had an order shipped to the US I had an order shipped to the US, an expensive kit. It arrived damaged in shipment but after I contacted 1001 Models, they made it right. A pleasure to deal with...consider me a loyal customer- would recommend to all.
