For my first purchase on this site, the model was delivered on time.

Delivery time a little longer but otherwise everything was fine.

There's a lot to choose from and it's not always easy to find your way around the site...but you always end up finding what you need!

High prices and slow delivery times

Model delivered promptly. Compared to the price, the content (spare parts, quality...) is average. The assembly manual is not very good. The assembly descriptions are incomplete and the few photos are of poor quality. There isn't enough wood to finish the deck formwork, even though I've kept offcuts to a strict minimum. In short, average value for money.

I filed a complaint against them. Do not buy from them they have taken the first day of my order and still no package at the time of today. No refund in sight they do not even respond. Be really careful with this scam. I don't recommend them to anyone.
