Crappy offer to refund 10 bucks because of their ignorance. Will not use them again. Then I get a generic stupid FRENCH apology ( whatever that's worth) saying I got 10 bucks refunded...ooooooooohhhhh! That's like half off the ridiculous shipping that mysteriously changed.
