Misleading product listing The item for sale listing stated it would be dispatched within 24hrs. It actually took them 5 days to dispatch. They then blamed me for choosing Eco post which wasn't cheap for the delay. As the item was bought as a gift and turned up too late to fulfil it's purpose I had to purchase elsewhere. When it did arrive I refused delivery and sent it back. I have heard nothing since, that is nothing I can understand as their communications are in French when they clearly know I am English. These people are arrogant, ignorant and misleading.

I asked a question about order tracking and all the products were in stock at the time of my order (order 2603) normally my order should have been shipped within 48h00 max knowing that all the products were in stock but the order only left on 3003 and when I asked I was told that some products were not in stock when all is oki better to say not had time to ship it than to look for lame excuses (proof to support a print screen specifying all the products

The + Very good contact at (Magasindépôt?) Friendly sellers. Stock (For plastic figurines172e) (+- orders are always fast) The - BIG difference in higher prices (For plastic figurines172e) Depending on the manufacturer, a surcharge of between €3.50 and €7.50 for an identical product in other countries.
