Incomplete order - a lot of negotiating to get the rest of the order shipped, especially as the size of the cardboard box received meant that the order really couldn't fit inside unless it was folded in 4! Unable to send the rest of the order in a cardboard box, the model's box is just protected by heat-shrink plastic, resulting in a damaged box that's great for a birthday present. V

Order arrived on time: a fockker dr1 triplane and a stamp at 172. But these planes are really too small at this scale. 1001 maquettes should warn the customer. The 142 scale would have been more appropriate. The revelle brand should also have some.

Processing and dispatch within 48 hours .regular site monitoring. Alas alas alas a nullissime carrier. I chose a relay point which finally will not be available. So I choose a new delivery point which will also be unavailable! I finally called. I was offered a relay point in a nearby town, but it was difficult to get to. Finally, there is a relay point but it's not visible on the internet. I validate it. Then no more news. I finally called again. Ah well, the parcel will be taken care of (well yes, it was left on standby... an oversight on the part of the site or the carrier?). This evening I got an e-mail saying that it had been delivered.
