My payment when through right away as order was confirmed. email saying order confirmation & processed & preparation on dec 30th. Very long shipping time (more than 3 weeks) with no information about the reason (missing product) and no alternative proposed... Refund in the form of a credit note, but not including shipping costs for a new order... Several messages informing of product availability, but a site that refuses orders for a product considered to be out of stock... An efficient hotline that did its utmost to find a solution to this problem.
