Order placed on 03.05.2018 ... Goods not received until today. Anyone ordering here must know that it is not delivered from DE. It comes from France. When ordering was specified shipping in 24h this took place only after 15 weeks. Absolutely unacceptable. Now the package has been damaged and is with DHL. IT NERVT. Was the first and last time I ordered something here.

Very fast delivery, team that listens, I recommend... BUT if I may say so: I ordered a kit and there was a mistake in the choice of paints. I had attached a visual with my order that clearly identified the paints I needed. After contacting you by phone, the member of your team clearly acknowledged that it was a mistake on your part. However, here's what I'm told: It's impossible for you to send me the missing paint because the shipping costs are higher than the product itself. So I have to buy the missing paint at my own expense (which I won't do), even though you are 100% responsible for this error, which you acknowledged... I therefore feel that it was up to you to repair it. It's all the more annoying because I took a lot of time to detail my order: by phone and via the chat on your website. This model is a project close to my heart. It's a pity that this important point (yes, one color less is annoying when you have a precise idea in mind...) has tarnished the experience when a small gesture would have allowed you to make a happy customer. Following your reply, I'd like to clarify, since you don't seem to have read it: I SENT A PHOTO WITH MY ORDER TO CHOOSE THE COLORS. I THEN CONTACTED YOU BY PHONE TO MAKE SURE THAT THE RIGHT COLORS WOULD BE CHOSEN. It was you who advised me to take this kit and that your colleague would select the paints I had requested. Don't pretend you don't understand, I have the impression that you didn't read my message, which is just as well.

Couldn't find what I wanted locally the manufacturer was out of stock (for all I know they've discontinued it) this was the best priced site (including cost of delivery) I came across. That's it.

The delivery and after-sales service is unfortunate. I bought a model in January and today May 23rd I am still waiting for my money back. Right now they have the model and I do not get my money back in fact they do not even answer my emails. I do not recommend you to buy anything on this site: 1001maquetas Regrettable service! Today 29th day I still have not received my money despite the response from the store.

Good site, although lacking in rarer items such as vintage aircraft, and fast, responsive shipping.... perhaps too responsive, as they sent me several emails and especially sms messages on my mobile because I'd looked at an item but hadn't ordered it. So not bad, but don't have a sales policy that's too agreeable.

Unacceptable Service I placed my order on 4/28/2018 Saturday and I have not received my items as of 5/22/2018. The website says it shipped my item on 5/7/2018 the following Monday. 1 whole week (5 days) and they did not ship item until the following week. not on 4/30, not on 5/1,5/2,5/3 or 5/4/2018 but the following monday 5/7/2018. The items I ordered are small and would fit in a small envelope. I don't understand why it would take so F&%$#@ long to send 2 templates. website is very deceiving with USA Contact information when they are out of Europe! First and last time I will use this site. I only wish I receive my items soon or at all.I made a huge mistake.
