I placed an order on May 10. A Peugeot 206. I received the wrong product (a Peugeot 307). I communicated this and they told me I had to send the item back and when they received it, they would send me a coupon worth €45 to buy the item again. When I received the coupon, it didn't work. I contacted you and to my surprise, I received an email saying that my item has arrived back to you and that you would send it to me again. I trusted that you would send the item I ordered, but no, I received again the Peugeot 307 that was sent by mistake and that I DO NOT WANT. Please let me know once and for all what I can do because a month later I still do NOT HAVE THE ITEM I PAID FOR AND THAT WAS A BIRTHDAY GIFT I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GIVE.
