Awful customer service. Purchased item only to be told a week later they didn�t have it. Said they would get me a date for arrival and never did. Waited almost a month only to get a refund. (Had it not been for someone else as a gift I wouldn't be so mad) I will never do business with them again. If I could give 0 stars I would. Waste of time and money! Update- this is to the reply of the company. That�s an absolute lie. Please do not use this company they are truly a waste of time!

The update set was delivered in a package that was too small. The goods arrived severely bent. Otherwise the delivery times were not as stated I had to wait a week longer. The phone number I called seemed to be a call center, the lady hardly spoke or understood German.

Following the loss of a parcel from the post office, 1001 maquettes undertook to replace the order within a timeframe that was a little long for my taste, as was the processing of the order, which was also a little long, taking 8 to 10 days despite the availability of items + the shipping time, which is a shame for items that are available. Apparently it's not the first time that parcels don't arrive at their destination. isn't it better, with the deplorable and catastrophic service and the repeated thefts from the post office, to ask for a delivery against signature on receipt? or better to change the method of shipment. the 2nd delivery was made by parcel relay to avoid a 2nd loss or theft from the post office.
