No negative comments. The packaging is perfect, the products received conform to the order, the ease of ordering is real and the delivery time is very short.

No comms from Vendor until PayPal intervened We did eventually receive the product we ordered. However at first this vendor took the money, sent us an invoice then.. Nothing. After a few days we contacted the vendor asking what was happening. No response. We contacted them again. No response. Finally we resorted to opening a PayPal complaint in order to get a refund. The response was then instantaneous. Multiple emails kept us informed up until the point the goods turned up.

Quality as expected. Delivery time was quite long. Order processed on 02.10.2017 delivered on 19.10.2017 (according to online store: dispatch in 4-6 days).

The delivery packaging (bubble envelope in my case) is not suitable. The poster included in the order is crumpled, and a brush hair protector escaped during handling of the envelope, damaging the poster.

The internal product tracking is peculiar no initiative concerning large orders and therefore a product is missing you have to send several emails so that you propose a credit for the missing product and send the order on time instead of a shipment under 24h to 48h for me it took 16 days is what is a pity. otherwise excellent quality pro
