Bought my items for this store believing it to be UK based. Paid for expedited shipping as well. On the same day I ordered from 1001 I also ordered from an actual UK based company Kentmodels.co.uk and recieved my order in two days! I even ordered decals off a Japanese based company on ebay and even these have arrived before my order from 1001! This will be my first and last purchase from 1001.

Lousy service. I bought an order two weeks ago and it was supposed to arrive in 8 days. I sent them 2 emails asking why it did not arrive and why on the tracking page it said it was on hold and the address was incomplete and I have not received any response from them yet.

To be fair to them they were quick with refund when I complained (hence the three stars). I marked them down a couple of stars as it's still a bit misleading on their website as to where the company is based.
