This was my first order on this site. The order was placed well in advance of Christmas (1 month before) and the delivery time on the site was 5 to 7 days for the boats chosen. They finally arrived, but I had to call twice (one boat didn't arrive, the other didn't conform, so I had to change refs) to get them in time just before Christmas. What would have happened if I hadn't phoned? I don't know what would have happened. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the people who helped me with my calls. They were very professional and really great. But at the time I put 3 stars and not 4. I hope it will get better in case

I liked the seriousness, the follow up of my order and the interest in getting me the requested spare parts. My experience with the different orders I have placed with 1001 maquetas has been very positive and I can fully recommend them.

The order arrived quite late but I think it was due to the shipping agency. For its part 1001 maquetas has responded to all my emails and has offered me alternatives.

I placed an order on the site at the beginning of December and my order has still not been dispatched. I don't mind hearing that you've had supplier problems, but 2 days before Christmas I find this a serious lack of professionalism.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We are shipping from France so the delivery to Canada takes a bit longer. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any question. Kind regards, The 1001Modelkits Team

Shipping super long! Lack of indication of delivery times on the site. One of the boxes on two models is not protected by a blister ok...but box damaged. Let's hope the model will be complete.

Very good service but wasn't happy about the additional charge for using pay pal. Delivery took slightly longer than expected but that's more to do with postal services. Kit was well packed and packaging was very strong and sturdy. Would definitely use 1001 model kits again especially for hard to find European model kits. Have already recommended them to friends.

Very fast shipping. Goods matching the description. However, the contents of one of the boxes came off the supports because the boxes are not sealed. Recommended seller
