My last two orders were very good both in quality and speed. But the previous order never arrived. I communicated it to 1001 maquetas but they never gave me any solution.

From order to delivery there were 3 weeks in between. during this time the notification about delivery of the ordered kit was good. kit was delivered well packed without damage. 1001 modellbau is to be recommended.

I have been waiting for my order for days. No reaction neither by phone nor by mail ... Absolute scam

Good registration and dispatch times, but logistically too long for order preparation: from January 12 to 18 for a 2 kg parcel (4 pcs).

After several contacts phone calls emails I am still waiting for the refund of TWO orders from the beginning of DECEMBER 2017 that were not honored although the products appeared in stock on the website. I received an email last week saying it was going to be done but a week later still nothing. This is why I find this company's service to be rubbish and why I would certainly not recommend it.

Model delivered promptly. Compared to the price, the content (spare parts, quality...) is average. The assembly manual is not very good. The assembly descriptions are incomplete and the few photos are of poor quality. There isn't enough wood to finish the deck formwork, even though I've kept offcuts to a strict minimum. In short, average value for money.

Received all my order. Too bad I received 3 identical posters but not the one I wanted. Bra

Even if it's not to buy, I'm always happy to have a look around the site - you never know, there's so much choice!... What's more, when you treat yourself to a little - or a big - craving, everything goes smoothly. PS: I no longer have a moustache
