It has taken them a long time to deliver a very simple order. Order 122080 was placed on January 2, 2108 and I still have not received it. I have no information on which company will deliver it and I can't even track its status.

I filed a complaint against them. Do not buy from them they have taken the first day of my order and still no package at the time of today. No refund in sight they do not even respond. Be really careful with this scam. I don't recommend them to anyone.

Their phone number says open 9-5 weekdays, but I've now tried 5 times, and the UK number says its closed, and then a couple of times the same number has gone through to French answer machine. I've left voicemail and emailed with no response, and the web chat function on the website does not appear. I've found no way of contacting them, all I want is to know what the problem is and when my order will arrive!

A boat model ordered was finally unavailable, but I wasn't warned. So the model was changed. An accessory kit sent incomplete then completed 8 days later. Finally, an order placed on December 10 was settled on January 12, after several exchanges by e-mail and several phone calls on my part. Nevertheless, a commercial gesture was noted: delivery of qq products in addition to my initial order. A 1st purchasing experience that did not disappoint me.
