As for the caravel models, I received two straight hulls of the Santa Maria, and the Nina was not packaged, so I don't know if anything is missing. As for the rest, I'm completely satisfied, including with the delivery times. I tried to contact the service by phone to ask them to rectify their error, but I couldn't reach anyone, so I left a message. Impeccable order but the packaging seemed a little too fragile for paint and the cardboard was damaged. Apart from that, it was delivered on time and nothing was missing.

Products ordered on the 5th (all marked in stock etc...) received on the 13th evening (dispatched on the 13th).
