Order placed on March 29 with choice of shipping by express courier for an additional charge. The package appears to have been shipped on April 8 but to date it has not arrived. In addition, the link provided on the site for DHL courier tracking does not work so it is not possible for me to get any information about the shipment. I understand the inconvenience due to Covid 19 however it does not seem to me to be a service up to the mark. I cannot give any evaluations on the quality of the goods as I have not yet received them.

About the shipment it said by April 4-5 instead it arrived after Easter 10 days later than the day indicated. Regarding the products I didn't expect them to be light paper because they looked like cardboard and then they are all to be cut while so many others are already shaped. The model pieces do not cohere well and I respected the measurements given by the dashes and lines. The cost is excessive compared to the quality of the product because in fact it is 25 printed sheets and you don't know how it can cost as much as 29 euros. There are many other far more detailed cardboard models at a lower cost. That said, I have fun doing it anyway so a sufficiency I give it. But I will get more models from other brands and then I will make the price-quality comparison.

HEAR HEAR !!! Today June 9, 2020 after almost 3 months after the order was delivered to me the package! Packed to the c.... of dog but with all items in good condition. An infinite time not even in case of nuclear armageddon would have taken so long to arrive especially when compared to all other e-commerce sites that have always shipped in reasonable time. The rating remains negative.

Waardeloze club. Heb hier een Bronco coastal submarine 1/35 besteld met wat verf. Toen ik het model binnen kreeg zaten er twee dezelfde essenti�le onderdelen in dus paste het niet op elkaar. Mail gestuurd hierover op 13 februari. Het antwoord dat ik kreeg Er is contact gezocht met de leverancier. En het kon wel heel lang duren voordat het desbetreffende onderdeel zou duren. Ipv een andere doos open trekken en het onderdeel opsturen moest ik dus wachten. Uiteindelijk vond ik wel dat ik lang had gewacht. (en ik heb echt begrip met een Corona crisis). Op 23 maart heb ik de fabrikant Bronco (China) zelf maar een mailtje gestuurd met dit verhaal en vandaag 15 april heb ik de juiste onderdelen op de mat liggen. Pffff...ik bestel nooit meer wat bij deze club. Klant is koning...tot aan de deurmat.

Non je ne suis pas satis fer pars se site pas de bon vendeur je n'ais toujours pas reçus mon colis que j'avais commander il y a 10 jour. et sur le site il marque bien en stock mon article.. alors je devait le recevoir 2 jour après ma commande passer en stock... sa mais 24h Ouen sais en stock... et Ouen je lais passer il été en stock ma commande...jais demander le remboursement des frais de port et il m'dit non on ne rembourses pas...... alors site pas bien annonce mensonger sur leur site..... je vais leur faire une bonne pub sur des sites qui son connus....... et les faire passer à 30 million consomma

I feel ripped off and this will be the last purchase I will make at this store. they have sold me a product that they did not have or expect to have. On the tracking page it says that it is in delivery so it takes 2 days in the morning it says in delivery and at night system failure ... 2 days waiting for the delivery person to arrive and it does not arrive ... I will have to cancel the purchase and get my money back.
