Among other things, I ordered 2 Revell paints (n°36140 and 36186) at a price of 269€ each. But instead I received 2 Humbrol paints (n°91 and 26) at the price of 229€ each. This replacement was made without my knowledge, and for these Humbrol paints I was charged the same price as for Revell paints, a difference to my detriment. I regret the lack of information, the replacement without validation on my part and the levy at the highest rate and not corresponding to the products delivered. I also regret that 1001 maquettes did not reply to my messages.

Avoid this firm like the plague. customer service is non existent. postage charges are horrendous and having paid the money for fast delivery im still waiting 2 weeks later with no item, JOKE. half of the correspondence they send is in French.
