Please spare me such mails I don't want to have anything more to do with this miserly company. Lousy business dealings I bought a model the first package without content but customs costs the second package with content but again customs costs. Who will reimburse me - because of this company - for my first customs costs?

I have been a customer for many years. On all orders I have had no delivery problems. Record delivery compared to other suppliers. But this time! I received my order on time, but I received an acrylic pot instead of enamel on a single cast.

The lid of a Tamiya paint can was broken in transit. 1001 maquettes exchanged it for me straight away.

After 2 months(!) still didnt receive ... After 2 months(!) still didnt receive anything. Sended several emails to ask for information about my order. First got response ""you should receive your product soon"". After asking again a week later, for the first time somebody would check if the shipment might have been lost (?!?!?!?) Again a week later still no info at all. By far the worst onlineshop I ever encountered. I feel like they stole my money

This is the first time I have purchased … This is the first time I have purchased from this company after I had ordered my goods I looked at some of the less favourable reviews about delivery and the wrong goods being sent As the time went on I got nervous about my goods turning up and sent them a stiff email then the next day my goods turned up well packaged and as ordered it took a week from start to finish that for me is to long especially as all the kits I ordered were tagged as shipped in 24 hours in stock so I might use them in future if they have a kit I can't find at my usual model dealers on line but at least these companies you order one day and you get it the next but as I say the goods did arive in the end.

Order placed on 03112017 shipped on 07112017 apparently not shipped the same day due to logistician error? As of today 12112017 the order has still not been dispatched.

I received the package on time and in good condition. The only downside is the price for some models, which is up to 50% more than some retailers (the A 400M on the site is 93€, while others offer it for less).
